Hidehiko Miura

Mr Miura was born in Iwate Prefecture, Japan, in 1966. After completing a design course focussing on Furniture Design in 1999, he worked on creating his own company which was became Cloud Design in 2000. Furniture, product, surroundings and graphics are his focus and his theme is always to create a sense of space in touch with nature in his designs and installation work. His inspiration is always the landscape around him complete with its own undulations and atmosphere and it is not only nature as he also draws on the impact of cities skylines both near and far.
